These terms govern your use of https://uctwear.com and every order you place with UCT Wear. Please read them before you buy — placing an order means you accept them.
The website is owned and operated by UCT GARMENTS, a registered business constituted under the laws of India. Registered office: BASEMENT, OFFICE NO B-01, C-119, SECTOR 2, Sector 2, Noida, Gautambuddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301.. GSTIN: 09BIHPT0593D1Z1. We sell directly to you; this is not a marketplace and there is no third-party seller involved in your order.
UCT Wear sells clothing in exactly two categories — Men's Clothing and Boys' Clothing. We do not sell, list or facilitate the sale of any restricted or prohibited item, including drugs, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, lottery products, counterfeit goods or adult content.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its available sizes, which are shown on the product page and carried through to your order. Screen colours vary between devices, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the garment. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our Refund Policy applies.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The total displayed on the checkout page before you place the order is the final amount payable — we do not add handling, convenience or delivery charges afterwards. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
We do not advertise inflated “original” prices to exaggerate a discount. Where a struck-through price is shown, it is the price the item was genuinely offered at.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. For UPI orders the payment page appears after the order is placed. Orders whose payment fails or remains unconfirmed are not dispatched.
Delivery timelines, charges and serviceability are set out in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for giving a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or anything unlawful.
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy the site for a competing service, or to impersonate anyone. We reserve the right to refuse service and to cancel orders placed in breach of these terms.
The site, its design, text, photography and logos belong to UCT GARMENTS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, network failures or government action.
Complaints are handled by our Grievance Officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, 2021. Details are on our Grievance Redressal page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
