Most clothing sites hand you a menu with forty entries and hope you find your way. We went the other way. UCT Wear has exactly two categories — Men’s Clothing and Boys’ Clothing — and everything we stock sits in one of them. No sub-menus, no dead ends, no scrolling past things you were never going to buy.

01 The price is the price
Every figure on the site includes GST. There is no delivery charge, no convenience fee and no COD surcharge appearing at the last step. What the product page says is what leaves your account.
02 Sizes you can trust
Sizes are read from each product’s own size chart and shown before you add to bag. Your choice travels with the item all the way to the packing slip, so nobody guesses at the warehouse.
03 Honest discounts
Where a struck-through price appears, it is a price the item was genuinely sold at. We do not inflate a “before” figure to manufacture a bigger number in a badge.
04 A real person replies
Support goes to someone who can actually look up your order and act on it. We answer within 24 hours on business days, and our grievance route is published in full.
05 Out within 24 hours
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within a day of confirmation, then tracked end to end. If a parcel runs materially late, we contact you rather than waiting for you to notice.
06 Returns without a fight
Seven days from delivery, unworn and tagged, and the money goes back the way it came. If the item was faulty or wrong, we cover the return shipping too.
